This flagship residential development is located in Toxteth, a regeneration area South of Liverpool city centre with stunning views towards the city, the docks and over the River Mersey.

It consists of an multi-storey concrete framed blocks that step down with the natural topology of the site and contain a total of 142 1-3 bed apartments.
