At 18m high, the award winning Kew Treetop Walkway at Kew Gardens, offers visitors the opportunity to discover the rich biodiversity of a temperate woodland canopy whilst offering a spectacular birdseye view of Kew – not for the faint-hearted!
The walkway opened on 24 May 2008 and received 9000 visitors that first day, proving the public’s insatiable desire to see the world from unusual vantage points.
Our model of the walkway is currently featuring in an exhibition at the Victoria & Albert Museum as part of the museum’s Engineering Season. The free exhibition, titled “Mind over Matter: Contemporary British Engineering” offers the opportunity to discover models, drawings and digital renderings from architectural infrastructure projects across the globe.
